When you ship with Renor Shipping and Enterprise, we ensure every shipment clears Jamaican customs correctly and efficiently with zero surprises for our customers.

Registration is completely free with Renor Shipping and Enterprise and will always be free.

Sending Packages with Renor Shipping and Enterprise is easy, follow the three easy steps and you’re on your way:

1. Sign up today and get your free US mailbox address and customer number.

2. Shop online using the provided US mailbox address and customer number.

When your purchase is complete, login to the dashboard, create a pre-alert, upload your invoice choose delivery options (for delivery option choose Home or Office delivery)

3. We will notify you each step of the way

  • As soon as we receive your package in our Miami where house
  • When your package is on its way to Jamaica
  • When your package arrives in the island And when your package is ready for delivery
  • We will keep you informed about your shipment and delivery.

Our rates are based on the weight of the package(s). For additional information please view our Rates page by clicking the rates tab on our website menu.

 

Customs duties are charged on packages that are USD$100 and above in value. The duty rates are applied based on customs tariff codes which is applied by the Customs Officer processing the shipment. For more info, please visit Jamaica Customs website.

1. Yes as soon as we receive your package in our Miami warehouse, an email will be sent to you to inform you that we have received the package.

2. Once your package arrives in Jamaica, you will receive another email or whatsapp alerting you of its arrival.

3. A final email or whatsapp will be sent advising you that the package is ready for pickup or delivery along with an invoice.

 

The payment methods are Bank transfer / Cash Payment. 

Monday to Friday 10:00AM – 5:00PM / Saturday 10:AM – 3:00PM

There is no delivery cost for customers living in Kingston & St. Andrew. Our island wide delivery rates are in keeping with our local delivery channels. Contact us for more information about our delivery rates.
